The national flag of Japan has 2 colors: red and white.
Both hexadecimal values for these colors are #BC002D and #FFFFFF, respectively.
When it comes to RGB, red has 188 red, 0 green, and 45 blue, and white has 255 red, 255 green, and 255 blue.
In HSL, red would have a hue of 346, 100% saturation, and 37% lightness, and white would have a hue of 0, 0% saturation, and 100% lightness.
