The national flag of Russia is made of colors white, blue, and red.

When it comes to RGB, blue has 0 red, 57 green, and 166 blue, and red has 213 red, 43 green, and 30 blue.
In HSL, blue would have a hue of 219, 100% saturation, and 33% lightness, and red would have a hue of 4, 75% saturation, and 48% lightness.
