The national flag of Uruguay has 4 colors: blue, brown, yellow, and white.

When it comes to RGB, blue has 0 red, 56 green, and 168 blue, brown has 123 red, 63 green, and 0 blue, and yellow has 252 red, 209 green, and 22 blue.
In HSL, blue would have a hue of 220, 100% saturation, and 33% lightness, brown would have a hue of 31, 100% saturation, and 24% lightness, and lastly yellow would have a hue of 49, 97% saturation, and 54% lightness.
